We are excited to announce that the Cherokee Street Jazz Crawl Kickstarter Campaign has been fully funded! Thank you to all community members who supported our cause to hire local jazz musicians during the Nevermore Jazz Ball on Saturday Nov. 3rd, 12-3 pm. This free and open-to-the-public aspect of the festival will feature several jazz bands up and down St. Louis’ most eclectic street, and will also coax visitors to peruse the neighborhood’s art galleries, restaurants, print shops, bakeries, and more. On the line-up we have:

Miss Jubilee & The Bella Rue Jazz Band

Sarah Jane & The Blue Notes

The Sidemen

Time and Place Dixieland Band (sponsored by the St. Louis Jazz Club)

Tommy Halloran Trio (sponsored by Retro 101/STL Curio Shoppe)

Wack-A-Doo

and more

And as an extra bonus, local artist Sophia Dalphiaz-Brown of the Community Arts and Movement Project will be presenting The Game of LIFE: Cherokee Street Edition, an interactive board game that will be displayed on the street. Guides with the project will be on the street starting at 12:00 pm.
